We spent almost two years building a website that, until today, did not work
That is not exactly how most launch stories begin.
Especially when people keep telling you:
“Just build one with a website builder.”
We understand the point.
In 2026, it feels strange for a chocolate brand with dozens of products to still take orders through Instagram Direct.
If all we needed was a catalogue and a Buy button, YANDMI.com would have existed a long time ago.
But that was never the website we wanted.
Why it took almost two years
Development began nearly two years ago.
Originally, we expected it to take about one.
Then we started adding the things that mattered to us.
A real loyalty system. Personal benefits for people who have been ordering from YandMi for years. Customer accounts. A better way to explore chocolate. A design that feels like part of the brand rather than a template wrapped around a checkout.
And lots of tiny details that are not strictly necessary to sell a chocolate bar — but are necessary if the experience is supposed to feel like YANDMI.
So we rebuilt things.
Repeatedly.
Creating the visual content alone took around three months.
Then came new layouts, test orders, bugs, fixes and more tests.
That is why launch day feels exciting and slightly terrifying at the same time.
It is no longer our prototype.
It is yours.
What changes now
The biggest change is simple.
You no longer have to order YandMi through Direct.
You can explore the Flavor Gallery, the collection in your own time, move from one flavor to another, learn more about each product, build your cart and complete an order directly on the website.
Registered customers also get access to the YandMi loyalty experience, where points, levels and rewards can grow along with your history with the brand.
And this is now the home of Chocolate Journal — where we will go deeper into cacao, bean-to-bar production, ingredients, flavor and everything that usually happens behind the scenes.

We waited years, so we are celebrating for three days
For the first three days after launch, registered customers can receive 20% off their first website order.
The first registered order also comes with a marshmallow bar as a gift.
We wanted to do something special for customers who supported YANDMI long before this website existed, too.
If your previous YANDMI orders total more than UAH 20,000, you can receive a personal 27% discount.
If the total exceeds UAH 50,000, the discount is 35%.
Contact our Telegram manager within the three-day launch window and ask us to check your order history. The personal code is single-use and remains valid for 24 hours after it is issued.
The first 100 website orders receive an additional YANDMI gift.
And for the launch, we made just 60 limited cakes, available exclusively through YANDMI.com.
The 20%, 27% and 35% offers cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts.
Because launch volume may be unusually high, dispatch may take 1–5 business days, with an additional delay of up to three business days in some cases.
This is where the next chapter starts
For a long time, “we still have not launched the website” was on our list of things YANDMI had not managed to do.
We can finally cross it off.
Will everything work perfectly on day one?
We genuinely do not know.
You may discover something dozens of test orders missed. We may still change things after launch.
But that no longer feels like a reason to keep the doors closed.
[LAUNCH DATE]. yandmi.com is live.
For years, we wanted ordering YandMi to feel genuinely easy.
Now, we think it does.
For you.
